VerdaLink runs municipal waste operations, industrial-zone resource flows, and energy feasibility on the same data layer. With IoT, LoRaWAN, and decision-assisted workflows — from the field to the office, one panel.
VerdaLink was founded in 2024 in Ankara. We set out to make waste collection, industrial-zone management and energy operations manageable from field data. We design the engineering stack end-to-end ourselves — from the sensor layer to decision-support: a LoRaWAN network backbone, a customised ChirpStack network server, Keycloak identity, a PostgreSQL + PostGIS geospatial layer, Next.js + Spring Boot field applications, and TKGM / EPDK / TEDAŞ integrations — all on a shared IoT + data backbone. Today three solutions run in the field — live at Çankaya Municipality, in pilot at ASO 2 OSB, a feasibility tool delivered for PTT — alongside a fourth energy product in active development; we co-build the products on municipal, industrial-zone and facility sites with our customers.

Live at Çankaya Municipality 24/7; 57 neighborhoods, 10 underground + 6 surface routes, 108 sensor-enabled containers managed via Milesight SG50 level sensors, ChirpStack LoRaWAN, and Keycloak identity. 80% fill alarms, dynamic routing, shift-based progress tracking, and full audit trail — every vehicle's distance, fuel, and stop record consolidated in one report at shift-end.

At our ASO 2 OSB pilot, 272 firms and 307 parcels are tracked live — electricity, water, gas consumption and hazardous/packaging/domestic waste flows are processed on the same map layer. TKGM GeoJSON integration, NACE-coded firm registry, industrial symbiosis marketplace (B2B waste-resource matching), and a 40-indicator dashboard for TSE Green OSB certification give zone administrators both operational and strategic decision data. We solve the realities specific to Turkey's industrial-zone scale — shared substation, shared treatment, multi-tenant invoicing — as the only domestic software with field traction here.
In the pilot delivered for PTT we analyzed 1,057 PTT facilities — roof, parking and ground area, provincial irradiance data, shading analysis; CAPEX, IRR, NPV, and payback for each site available on one panel with PDF/Excel export ready. TEDAŞ grid-capacity check, optimized calculation for the 5 MW unlicensed-generation limit, and EPDK Call Letter application-package automation collapse a field-based feasibility study from the traditional 3-4 weeks down to a day. Currently tailored for PTT; the architecture extends to other portfolio holders.
Active development with a 2026 Q4 pilot launch target. VerdaLink Hybrid coordinates facilities composed of solar + grid + battery (BESS) + optional generator under a single decision engine. TEDAŞ three-tariff awareness, EPDK-compliant bi-directional metering, peak shaving for demand-charge avoidance, and CBAM/CSRD-aligned carbon reporting — designed to integrate with existing SCADA via Modbus TCP / IEC 61850. Where Tesla Powerwall focuses on the villa and Stem Athena on enterprise C&I, we offer a domestic, public-procurement-ready alternative built for Turkish OSB and municipal-facility scale.
